DM70 Valve

This is a wire ended valve used as a tuning indicator in valve portables from the 1950's.


Wireout is:1 Grid. 4 Filament. 5 Filament. 8 Anode.
Filament Voltage = 1.4v. Filament Current = 25ma
Anode Voltage = 60 to 90v
The grid is connected to the detector circuit of the Radio

EZ41 Valve

A rectifier valve which was quite common in the early 50's in portables (Vidor,Bush etc) used in an internal power supply as an alternative to batteries.
