The Eavesdropper Transistor Receiver from 1956 |

This is a very early 3 transistor (Red spot type).
In 1956 very few constructors would have seen a transistor so this is (for them) at the pointed end of tecnology. At £8-13 shillings this receiver cost more than a weeks pay for most people.
